By submitting your phone number through any form on our website or otherwise providing us with your mobile number and indicating consent to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Zenvo Automations. This consent is optional and not required to purchase any services. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchase.
Opt-in consent obtained through our forms and website applies solely to Zenvo Automations. We do not share, sell, or transfer SMS opt-in data or consent records to any third party for their own marketing use.

GoHighLevel Platform Compliance
Our SMS communications are delivered through GoHighLevel (GHL). We operate in full compliance with GHL's Acceptable Use Policy, including all applicable TCPA obligations, carrier requirements, and the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Program guidelines. All opt-in records, message logs, and consent timestamps are maintained within our CRM system.
5Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
Our email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. When you submit a form on our website, request information about our services, or enter into a business relationship with us, we may contact you via email with service-related information, follow-ups, proposals, and promotional content.

6Phone Communications

We Never Sell Your Data

- Leads and prospects: Contact and inquiry data retained for up to 3 years from last interaction
- SMS opt-in records: Consent records retained for a minimum of 4 years to comply with TCPA statute of limitations
- Payment records: Transaction data retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
- Website analytics data: Aggregated analytics retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default)
- Email communications: Business correspondence retained for up to 5 years
Upon expiration of applicable retention periods, or upon a valid deletion request, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

California residents may submit rights requests by contacting us at jesse@zenvoautomations.com. We will respond within 45 days. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.

13Payment Information
Zenvo Automations may collect payment information directly through secure checkout experiences on our website or through third-party invoicing links. All payment card transactions are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive financial account numbers on our servers.
When payment is collected directly through our site, all data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards. For Stripe's data practices, please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We retain transaction records (amount, date, last 4 digits of card, billing name and address) for accounting and legal compliance as described in Section 10.
14Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
